Klarna has launched Call Status Detection globally, allowing users to verify whether a call is from Klarna through the Klarna app. The tool covers 26 markets where Klarna operates. A green banner indicates that the call has been verified, while an amber banner indicates that it cannot be verified, and users should end the call. Call Status Detection was first launched in the Nordic region this September and has helped thousands of users verify calls.
